How Do You Find Clarity in the Chaos of Rapid Growth?

Startups are messy—so are careers.

At Coursera, we were scaling quickly.
New partners. New markets. New priorities.
Everyone was moving fast, and everything felt important.
My role? Help teams find clarity inside the chaos.
We built structures that supported growth without slowing teams down. Clear roles, strategic planning cadences, and ways to connect daily work to real outcomes.
What I didn’t realize at the time:
The same principles apply when I coach individuals.
Because most people don’t need more advice.
They need a way to zoom out.
To separate noise from signal.
To build a system that supports the kind of work—and life—they actually want.
And yes, that work is often messy too. But it’s also where the breakthroughs happen.
If you’re navigating a career pivot, leading through uncertainty, or just trying to regain a sense of focus, know this:
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about doing what matters, on purpose.
👀 Curious—what structure or mindset shift has helped you feel more in control during a period of change?
I work with high performers who are scaling fast—and want to scale themselves just as intentionally. Let’s talk.
